Terms of Use Agreement

This Terms of Use Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your access to and use of the website Scrubs Review (“Website”), located at https://scrubs.sawbliss.com (“Site”). This Agreement constitutes a legally binding agreement between you (“User” or “you”) and Scrubs Review (“Scrubs Review,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), regarding your use of the Site. By accessing or using the Site, you signify that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement. Limitation of Liability

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Scrubs Review is located. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts located in that jurisdiction.

Entire Agreement

This Agreement, along with any other legal notices or terms provided on the Site, constitute the entire agreement between you and Scrubs Review regarding your use of the Site.
